A Knitting Update

This...will be photo-heavy. And probably not interesting to the non-knitters. You have been warned.
I've been attempting to plug away and wrap up some unfinished knitting that's been laying about. In rearranging things in the craft area I gathered all of the various projects together, and there was quite a pile (literally). About HALF of them are not even in Ravelry. And none of them are photographed.
So, as my current "on the needles" have grown to where I can't find a free set of size 1s, and my desire to start new projects hasn't died, I've started a new plan: one old project must be active with one new project. For example, I finally finished the GrandmaSocks this week, and have shipped them out to Grandma. She'll have them for her birthday on Friday. (whew!) So instead of picking up the needles on a new project, I've picked up my green sweater that is almost to the point of dividing for the front scoop and got working on that. At the same time I have a February-specific project of a pair of socks for a KAL--I'm over halfway through the first sock of that pair.
So I took a little time today once the sunshine came through the front window, and took some pictures of some things that are NOT DONE. And are on the line to get done, sooner rather than later. I love each and every one of these projects, and am happy to crank through them, one at a time.
Here's the annotated lineup of tchwrtr's unfinished works.
This is the sock for the February Spring Fling KAL. It's knit from the cuff down, and I've cleared the heel and am motoring towards the toe. The GOAL is to have the pair done by Feb 28, so it's my real focus for the next week and a half. I'll be cutting it close, I think. But I can do it.
THIS is my sweater. I'm trying to get this pullover done before the weather gets too warm to wear it, even with just a tank. It's my other current project, and is paused until I can wind some more yarn. So I'm winding that tonight, probably with some help from a small person I know. While I'm at it, I'll be winding yarn for a few upcoming projects as well.
THIS is a sooper-sekrit project. No, I'm not showing you more of it than this. It's juust over halfway done, and it's not a current project, but it's in the "next up" line. There's no rush on it, but I'd like it done. Since it's so close and all, being over half done.

And this is the siren song that I'm DYING to get back to. That's the top, and bottom, of a sock. A colorwork sock. I've stalled at the heel because I've screwed it up somewhere, and then Christmas took over my life. So it's patiently waiting its turn, and when it comes, I'll have a chance to work on my two-handed knitting (one yarn in each hand) again. And I'm looking forward to it.
Really, I'm looking forward to all of these projects. There's more--much more--that I've not photographed yet. I'll show them in coming posts. But for now, I have a sock to get back to.
