Just a silly thing

imjustloriMy Granddaddy, in the throes of Alzheimer's, said some funny stuff. This one seemed appropriate for the time of year and weather:
"Some days it's too hot to fart."
I'm glad my Grandaddy, well, the person he became with the Alzheimer's, had a sense of humor. It made tending him easier on my Grandmother, when she could find things to laugh about.
