Did you know? I was asked to be the Ambassador for the Annapolis Walk this year! It means I get to read a part of a script, and cut the ribbon to start the walk. I'm still wearing my bright orange Hawaiian shirt as part of Team Wench, and will plug them if I get the chance.
My son is also walking again this year--he's asked to do so, and to do it as part of his karate instructor's team (Kicking MS). So I signed him up today, finally.
He and I are both about 60% to our respective goals. *edit: someone on Plurk has supported my son too--he's almost to his goal!* I've raised enough to get a shirt. I think he has too (Mommy is generous), but am not sure. I would love for us both to meet our goals.
I walk for my MIL and my friends. My son walks for his Grandma, and his mom's friends, and because his karate instructor does as well. Can you sponsor one of us?
