Sometimes Timing is Everything.
Dec. 1st, 2005 12:57 pmThe Boy got up from his AM nap, had a bottle, had a bath, and then played while partially clothed while I got things together to go to THE MALL to see Santa. Finish dressing him (he did manage to urp on what he was already wearing), and off we go.
We get to the mall, I find decent parking. We get to see Santa, and lo and behold, we're SECOND in line. No need to break out most of the distractors I'd brought.
And what a Santa! Real beard, true blue eyes, and a wonderful smile. The Boy smiled for him, both before and after the picture taking, but not during (of course). He was great with my little one.
And now I have the start of what I hope will be a long succession of pictures of this Boy with a man in a red suit.
