Still sick, but seeming better

Coughing up a lung hurts. The Boy is well, mostly, even if he is still associating me and anything near his mouth with meds--this is making it hard to get a bottle down him. He's getting better at that as we aren't trying to force anything else down his throat now.

I sound funny. That is, when I make a sound at all. The phlegm is hanging on to the vocal cords like glue (thus the severe hacking).

The Husband's worse today, and we just got a call from his father that he's getting a cold. Yay. We might have to postpone Christmas dinner.

Actually, today I'm med-free--we all are. Well, except for the cough drops. Overall I'm feeling better, just don't call and expect me to talk long. I can't.

Gotta get more fluids in me. WATER. I mean WATER.
